Shipping policy
FULFILLMENT TIME:
We understand you are excited to receive your order, and so are we! However, we do ask that you allow up to 3 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment. Each order is hand picked by one of amazing warehouse team members and goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged and boxed then placed into shipping envelopes preparing the journey to you.
During sale periods and peak volumes during the holidays, we ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled before shipping.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving this email please check your spam folder first or visit our FAQs for additional help.
It is important to note some orders may require additional information from our shipping team in regards to address and/or payment confirmation. Please check your inbox for any follow up emails after your order is placed, to ensure your request is processed.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time + Shipping time
Due to high volume, delivery times may be a bit longer than normal. Please reference your expected delivery date in shipping confirmation email.

Customers placing an order for several products, the items may be shipped in separate packages. Our distribution centres are located worldwide, so this is the fastest way to deliver your products.
Iceci reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, Iceci is not liable for lost packages. We can gladly open a claim with said carrier and pending a future investigation, our Customer Service team will decide whether we’ll replace/refund the order or not.
Note: Shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Iceci cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Iceci will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
